Why can't users click buttons on a form even though they can view it?​

Viewing a form requires View permission. However, action buttons like Save or Print are only enabled when the user has Modify permission as well.

Why are workflow buttons not visible on the form?​

To access buttons like Approve or Reject, users must have Operate permission. If only View is granted, the form opens in read-only mode.

Does Edit or Processing permission include View?​

Yes, Modify (for forms) and Operate (for workflows) implicitly include View permission. Users can see and interact with the content.

Are form and workflow permissions assigned separately?​
